Welcome to LiveChatFM. By accessing or using our free chat rooms, text communication systems, and community groups, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and rules. If you do not agree to these rules, please discontinue using the platform immediately.

Age Requirement Notice: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your region) to enter and converse in LiveChatFM rooms independently without parental guidance.

1. Code of Conduct & Chatroom Chat Rules

To preserve a respectful, secure environment for our community across Pakistan and globally, all users must agree to follow our code of conduct:

  • No Harassment or Bullying: Do not insult, threaten, stalk, or abuse other chatters, moderators, or administration personnel.
  • Respect Privacy: Sharing another user's personal private details, real pictures, phone numbers, or social handles without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
  • No Spam or Flooding: Flooding rooms with repeated messages, automated bot scripts, or malicious server-straining commands will lead to automatic system IP bans.
  • Family-Friendly Environment: Keep chat dialogues appropriate. Do not post adult or explicit content inside public group feeds.

2. Platform Moderation and Enforcement

LiveChatFM reserves the right to actively moderate public text content within the chat rooms. Our designated chat administrators have full authority to issue verbal warnings, temporarily mute users, kick sessions out of active rooms, or apply long-term hardware and IP infrastructure bans against disruptive visitors without prior explanation.

3. Disclaimer of Personal Responsibility

Because LiveChatFM is an open, instant web network platform requiring no mandatory signup credentials, we cannot fully guarantee the authenticated identity of chatters. You acknowledge that you use the service at your own risk. Never share financial account passcodes, identity papers, or critical addresses with strangers online.

4. Intellectual Property & Hyperlinks

The layout designs, logo markings, structural CSS, and interactive software modules belong explicitly to LiveChatFM. Users may share links to external online media feeds within specified rooms, provided those hyperlinked external websites do not distribute dangerous computer malware or violate local cyber safety regulations.

5. Service Availability Limitations

We work hard to maintain continuous up-time for all text channels and servers. However, LiveChatFM provides services on an "as-is" and "as available" operational basis. We are not legally liable for chat network connection timeouts, database sync cleanups, or short-term maintenance updates.

6. Updates to Terms

The administrators of LiveChatFM reserve the right to alter or update these structural terms at any time. Any changes become valid immediately upon publication to this page. Continued usage of our online chat application signifies formal consent to our updated rules.
