Welcome to LiveChatFM (accessible from https://livechatfm.com). One of our top priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information that is collected and recorded by LiveChatFM and how we handle it.

No Registration Policy: LiveChatFM is designed as an open, anonymous Pakistani chatting community. We do not require you to provide a phone number, email address, or real name to converse as a guest user.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

Unlike standard social media apps, we do not monitor your private digital identity. When using our public Pakistani chat rooms as a guest:

  • We do not collect your real name.
  • We do not collect your phone numbers or syncing contact databases.
  • We do not store permanent logs of private chat conversations once sessions are cleared.

2. Log Files & Server Metrics

LiveChatFM follows a standard procedure of utilizing server log files. These files log visitors when they access websites. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamps, and referring/exit pages. These metrics are used purely for platform analysis, managing system performance, preventing malicious automated spam/bots, and securing our chatroom architecture.

3. Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other online platform, LiveChatFM uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store minimal preferences, such as retaining your preferred custom nickname or selected text color configuration inside the active chat module. This ensures you do not have to reset your preferences every time you toggle between chat rooms.

4. Third-Party Advertising Partners

Third-party ad networks or ad servers use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on LiveChatFM. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.

Note that LiveChatFM has no access to or control over cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

5. Chatroom Safety & Moderation

To keep our Pakistan chat group healthy, respectful, and family-friendly for both males and females, we employ human moderators. Public messages transmitted within the main lobby rooms are viewable instantly by everyone. Please avoid sharing sensitive, personal contact information (such as personal banking cards, addresses, or private phone numbers) inside any public chatroom feed.
